My Approach to Counselling

My therapeutic approach is rooted in trauma-informed thinking. This means that I bring forward a widespread understanding of the impacts of trauma and how it may be potentially showing up in client’s lives. Humanistic, relational, and person-centre approaches are also largely used in sessions. This means each session is tailored to fit your unique and individual needs. Together we can continue to add to your inner resilience to overcome life’s challenges.
